This program is designed for junior graphic designers looking to immerse themselves in a design-tech environment, develop their personal portfolio and get to know likeminded creatives.

We are an international company and work in English. The Playground Acadmy will be held in English as well.

You should have a strong foundation in classic graphic design, branding, complex typography, and color theory. Experience in areas like book design, packaging, branding, or web design is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.

Yes, we would like to see a portfolio to help us assess your suitability for the program. This can take the form of a website, PDF, or google drive and should include branding, complex typography and visual design.

You’ll be receiving personalized mentorship from creatives from the Wix Design Team. Weekly themed workshops will be led by local designers and studios from the Kyiv design scene.

Yes! You’ll be paid for the duration of the program. You will need to have active PE(ФОП) or be willing to open one.

The program is hybrid, combining in-person sessions twice a week at our Kyiv office alongside online sessions.

The program is hybrid and will take place 4 times a week for the duration of 5 weeks. Mondays and Wednesdays will be in-person sessions in our Kyiv office. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be online. All days are full working days starting at 9:30 AM ending at 17:30. Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided while in the office.

We’ll go through your submissions by May 15th, 2025. If we find your portfolio relevant, you will be invited to a Zoom interview. It will give us a chance to get to know you better and explain the program further.
